Closing / Reopening / Deleting a CA/PA

 

To do this from the list view by clicking the icon beside its name, or from the details view by clicking the icon at the top-left of the record.

 

To reopen a closed CA/PA, either from the list view or details view, click its icon. Enter a reason for re-opening the CA/PA, then click [OK].

 

- Be careful when deleting a CA/PA as you cannot reverse the deletion.

 

You can delete any CA/PA that has not been raised against a record in another module in Q-Pulse (e.g. Audit or Incidents). To do this, in either the list view or the details view, either click the icon in the list view or the icon in the details view, followed by [OK] to confirm.
